Receiving Paddy with Precision and Care

At our modern rice mill, each grain goes through a careful refining process. The outer layers—like chaff and bran - are gently removed through controlled grinding to produce clean, edible rice with a smooth texture and consistent quality. The result? Quality Inspection

At the mill, paddy undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure only the finest, perfectly shaped grains are selected. Cracked, broken, or damaged grains are carefully removed—so what reaches your kitchen is rice that’s clean, consistent, and of the highest grade. Drying

To preserve the natural quality of our rice, the grains are gently dried within 24 hours of harvesting. This reduces moisture content to safe levels, helping prevent spoilage and ensuring long-lasting freshness. Hulling

In the hulling stage, the outer layer of the grain- known as chaff, is carefully removed to reveal the clean, edible rice within. This process helps retain the natural nutrients while ensuring a smooth texture and better cooking quality. This step is essential to ensure the rice you bring home is clean, wholesome, and easy to cook.

Polishing

In this stage, the husk, bran, and germ are gently removed using traditional stone grinding methods - not chemicals. This natural process preserves the grain’s core, making it rich in starch and giving it that signature pearly white shine. Sorting and Grading

Only the best quality grains make it through our sorting process.
